It’s official! Artesian Design Group will become Artesian Design Inc on January 1, 2008. After nearly 6 years as a sole-proprietorship, we’ve finally made the plunge into the legal mess of becoming a California Corporation. I cant’ believe how much paperwork and expense it is, but we’re excited to take this great next step as the company continues to grow.
